Karen is an Associate Marriage Family Therapist (IMF100214 under the supervision Bobbie Schorr, PsyD., MFT) as well as a certified substance use counselor (CADAC II). With over 15 years of experience, Karen is well equipped to work with individuals and families impacted by complex issues. Karen has expertise in several areas including substance use, Motivational Interviewing, issues affecting LGBTQ folks, Gottman couples counseling, eating disorders, grief and loss concerns, anxiety, depression, and PTSD.
