Are you presently unfulfilled and looking to get more satisfaction and meaning out of your
interpersonal and professional life?
Are you determined to improve your output athletically and achieve greater heights?
Are you looking to restore the connection between you and your significant other?
In my clinical practice I believe it is necessary to collaborate with my clients and establish clear objectives that chart the course of therapy. I employ an empathetic and solution oriented approach to supporting each client in their pursuit to symptom relief, and managing personal obstacles. In our work together we will explore and identify the factors which both influence and impede you from achieving your desired state. My commitment to those who attend therapy is to reshape and enhance their fundamental understanding of why problems occur. Clients will progress through treatment with a newfound sense of confidence in their ability to utilize the therapeutic tools to regain wellness, and peace in their personal lives. I have practice in a variety of clinical settings including community counseling centers with myriad populations including children and their families, teens, and couples. I have had the privilege of counseling individuals afflicted with Parkinson’s Disease, their families and caretakers for 1 year. Most recently I worked as a part of a multidisciplinary team as an inpatient clinical social worker, and counselor, for patient’s whose disorders ranged from depression, to more unstable and complicated presentations such as schizophrenia and borderline personality.
I am currently registered with the Board of Behavioral Sciences as an Associate MFT (67123) under the supervision of Bobbie Schorr, PsyD., LMFT. I currently only accept self-pay clients and a sliding scale is offered.
