Are you or a family member struggling emotionally, feeling anxious, hurt, angry or depressed?
Is this affecting you in one or more areas of your life?
Are you facing identity struggles related to your Native American culture?
We all face challenges at times, having a supportive and caring person to help you through that journey can make all the difference. I understand that starting the therapeutic process can be a daunting prospect and I applaud you for taking this first step. A good rule is to give yourself a chance to find a good fit, utilizing a “give it three times” concept. I look forward to the prospect of meeting with you and accompanying you on a journey of personal growth and accomplishment.
